AVEM, which was exhibiting at the show, has just obtained this certification for its contact centres and help desks.
AVEM, which specialises in electronic payment services for banks and retailers, has just been awarded the ‘100% France customer relations’ guarantee mark, created by the Service France Garantie association and the AFRC (French Customer Relations Association).
‘The notion of the origin of a service to the customer has become an important consumer decision criterion, on a par with price and the quality of the service or product offered. It is a significant differentiating tool for companies that produce their customer relations in France,’ explains AVEM.
This label thus guarantees its customers that all AVEM sites and those of its service providers are based in France and that all AVEM employees are subject to a contract under French law. ‘This certification demonstrates our commitment to supporting the local economy and promoting French know-how in customer relations,’ concludes AVEM.
AVEM currently has nearly 2,000 employees, including 550 field technicians and 100 technicians spread across its logistics platforms.
